The founder and president of Ohlhausen Research, Inc., is Peter E. Ohlhausen.  Mr. Ohlhausen is a researcher and consultant in security, technology, and criminal justice.  He has also served as editor of Security Management, the leading magazine on business and government security; as managing editor of the quarterly journal of the National Association of School Safety and Law Enforcement Officers; and as managing partner of Strategic Consortium International: Risk Assessment & Asset Protection Specialists.

Mr. Ohlhausen graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia and has also pursued studies at Cambridge University (England) and Harvard University.  He is a member of ASIS International (formerly American Society for Industrial Security) and a graduate of the Oatman School of Executive Protection (7-day course) and numerous ASIS security training courses.

In addition, Ohlhausen Research, Inc., maintains a network of skilled specialists in a variety of security, technology, and criminal justice topics.  The firm assembles teams of those specialists as needed to carry out client projects.
